​Terms and Conditions​
Effective Date: 26/04/2025
By booking a service with Pawfect Whispers, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Bookings and Payment

All services must be booked in advance, on a first-come first-served basis.

A minimum deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking.

Payment Deadlines:
-
Cat Boarding: Full payment due 7 days before the booking start date.
-
Cat Daycare: Full payment due 3 days before the scheduled day.

Rates are charged on a per-calendar-day basis and the owner agrees to pay all costs and charges for special services requested during their pet's stay.
-
Pawfect Whispers reserves the right to refuse entry of any pet should we deem not appropriate or safe.
2. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation Deadlines:
-
Cat Boarding: Cancellation requests must be received at least 3 days before the scheduled day.

Cat Daycare: Cancellation requests must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled drop-off day.

Refunds:
-
Cancellations made within the specified timeframes will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made after the specified timeframes will receive a 50% refund of the total booking fee.

No refunds are provided for no-shows.
-
Unpaid bookings may be cancelled without notice.
3. Availability
-
Pawfect Whispers is a small, family-run business with limited spots available to ensure individualised, high-quality care for every pet.

We ask for timely communication and booking confirmations to allow us to plan appropriately for the well-being of all pets in our care.
4. Health Requirements

All cats must be up-to-date with vaccinations (minimum F3) and flea/worm treatments.
-
Cats must be desexed unless under 6 months of age.
-
You must disclose any medical conditions, behavioural concerns, or special needs at the time of booking.

Where a pet has had a significant injury/illness/surgery within the last 6 months, the owner must provide a vet report confirming fit-to-board and sign a disclaimer accepting the risk of boarding. For admission after routine surgery (i.e. desexing, dentals, wounds), surgical incisions must be fully healed and the stitches removed (usually completed 14 days post-surgery).
5. Owner's Responsibility

Owners are responsible for disclosing all accurate and relevant information about their pet and their pet's health and any issues before booking.

Owners agree to indemnify Pawfect Whispers against any injury, illness, or damages caused by undisclosed issues.

In the case of an incident where your pet requires veterinary care (both non-emergency and emergency), we will contact you and/or your emergency contact. Where we are unable to make successful contact, we will make decisions on your behalf in the best interest of the pet's health. All vet care bills incurred will be payable by the owner and must be paid before or at the time of pick-up.
​7. Photography

Pawfect Whispers may photograph or video your pet during their stay or training unless you advise otherwise in writing.

Images may be used for promotional purposes (social media, website, marketing) but will never include personal client information.
8. Liability

All care is taken; however, under no circumstances will Pawfect Whispers be held responsible for illness, injury, death, loss or damage of any kind, whether or not caused by any negligent act or omission of Pawfect Whispers, that may occur to any pet staying at Pawfect Whispers.
9. Changes to Terms

Pawfect Whispers reserves the right to modify, alter, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the customer's responsibility to review our updated terms on our website at the time of booking.
